摘  要:对同时考虑角焊缝与对接焊缝连接的铁路钢桥节点的焊接残余应力进行了研究。以某钢桥节点为工程背景,依据铁路钢桥的制作方法、施工顺序及电弧焊的工艺参数,采用有限元分析软件建立该铁路钢桥节点的三维热力学有限元实体模型,对钢桥整体节点同时考虑角焊缝与对接焊缝连接的焊接残余应力分布进行了数值模拟,并将模拟的结果与不考虑对接焊缝的残余应力结果进行对比分析。数值结果表明:对接焊缝与角焊缝相交处出现拉压交替复杂的应力状态,并且残余应力峰值也有所增大。Analysis on welding residual stresses of railway bridge nodes considering two types of welding was re- searched in this paper. Taking some bridge nodes as background and by using the fabricated method,construction sequence and technological parameters of arc welding, the three dimensions thermal-mechanics finite element model were estab- lished. The whole process and the distribution of welding residual stresses of railway bridge nodes considering both fillet weld connection and butt weld were simulated, and the results were compared with the one not considering butt weld. Sim- ulation results show that complicated stresses state of tension compression alternating appears in the junction between the fillet weld connection and butt weld.
