摘　　要：从科技支撑能力、科技创新投入和科技创新产出三个方面构建科技创新能力评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对广东省各地市(除深圳外)专业镇的科技创新能力进行评价,根据评价结果对各地市专业镇进行分类,同时对不同类型的地市专业镇提出相应的转型升级对策。This paper used factor analysis method to evaluate S＆T innovation of every city in Guangdong excluding Shenz- hen from the S＆T support capabilities, technological innovation and S＆T output, and classified professional towns according to the evaluation towns. results.
