摘　　要：介绍农业高新技术产业链的研究意义,明确农业高新技术产业所包含的领域,并对农业高新技术产业链的特征以及国外农业高新技术产业链的构建现状、研究方法和构架进行阐述;总结国际上构建农业高新技术产业链的成功经验,指出国内农业高新技术产业链发展现状及存在的问题,给出加快我国农业高新技术产业链构建的主要政策研究方向。This article introduced the researching importance of the agricultural high - tech industry chain and clarified the fields of agricultural high - tech industry. The characteristic of the agricultural high - teeh industry chain was expoun- ded as well as the present situation, research methods and framework of the agricuhural high - tech industrial chain con- struetion on foreign. The international successful experiences on the construction of high - teeh industrial chain were sum- marized. Meanwhile, the developing situation and problems of agricultural high - tech industry chain in our country were pointed out. Finally, the main directions of the policy research were put forward to speed the construction of the agricul- tural high -tech industry chain in our country.
