摘　　要：秉承过程控制的管理理念,围绕我国的《知识管理框架》中定义的过程模型,形成基于过程的知识管理导入模型;考虑影响知识管理导入的内外要素,着眼于要素之间的协同问题,形成基于要素协同的知识管理框架,从过程控制的角度对知识管理导入和要素之间的协同性问题进行研究。Adhering to the process control management philosophy, this paper centers the process model that was defined in Knowledge Management Framework, and builds a knowledge management import model based on process. It considers the influence elements of knowledge management import from internal and external aspects, centers the synergy between the elements, and builds a knowledge management framework based on elements collaboration. The paper researches on knowledge management import and synergy between the elements from the perspective of the process control.
