摘  要:总结现阶段半糊化上浆技术的工艺要点和应用效果。阐述了半糊化上浆技术原淀粉中温自控调浆、室温低黏上浆、烘燥余热糊化、剩浆黏度变化等特点,介绍了该技术中浆料配方、含固量、黏度、压浆力、烘筒温度、浆纱回潮率等上浆参数设置要点,以4个品种为例介绍了半糊化上浆技术的应用效果,并与传统高温上浆技术进行了对比。实践表明:半糊化上浆技术大量采用原淀粉上浆,浆液黏度低且稳定,调浆温度不高于65℃,上浆浆槽不需加热,利用烘燥余热糊化,浆纱织造情况与传统高温上浆浆纱基本持平或略有提高。认为:半糊化上浆技术在提高浆纱质量、简化上浆操作、降低上浆成本以致节能、降耗、减排方面具有重要意义,有较好推广价值。Technology key points and application effect of current partial gelatinization sizing were summarized. Related features of partial gelatinization sizing technology were introduced such as middle temperature automatic control sizing, room temperature lower viscosity sizing, drying extra heat gelatinization, changes of remaining size mixture viscosi- ty. Parameter selection key points were introduced such as sizing instruction, solid content, squeezing pressure, dry can temperature, moisture regain of sized warp. Application effect of partial gelatinization sizing technology was introduced by taking four products as examples and contrasted to traditional high temperature sizing technology. The practice shows that native starch is used a lot by partial gelatinization sizing technology, the sizing viscosity is lower and stable, size mixing temperature is not larger than 65 ~C, size box is not need to heating and drying extra heat gelatinization is used. Sizing & weaving condition is basically same or slightly better than traditional high temperature sizing. It is considered that partial gelatinization sizing technology has better promotional value in aspects of improving sizing quality, simplifying sizing oper- ation, reducing sizing cost, saving energy & reducing consumption.
