摘　　要：探讨MPG-200型胶辊磨床的性能特点和应用效果。阐述了该高精度胶辊磨床的结构特点、主要操作规程、磨砺工艺和设备维护工作要求,通过实际纺纱并以不处理胶辊磨砺为例,与两种传统普通胶辊磨床进行了成纱质量对比试验。结果表明:MPG-200型胶辊磨床的磨砺质量明显优于传统A802A型、A803S型胶辊磨床。认为:采用高精度胶辊磨床是进一步改善胶辊质量,进而提升成纱质量的一条重要途径。纺纱企业应充分了解其结构特点,掌握操作技术要点,制定相应的操作和维护方面的技术规范和要求,管好用好设备;纺机制造厂商应针对存在的问题,进一步改进设计,完善设备性能。Characteristics and application effect of MPG-200 rubber-covered roll grinder were discussed. Structure characteristics, main operation procedures, grinding processing parameter and equipment maintenance requirement of the grinder were introduced. Taking un-treated rubber-covered roll grinding as example, spinning qualities were tested and contrasted to two traditional common rubber-covered roll grinders. The result shows that grinding quality of MPG-200 rubber-covered roll grinder is obviously better than that of A802A and A803A rubber-covered roll grinders. It is consid- ered that it is one important method to improving rubber-covered roll quality and yarn quality further through adopting high accurate rubber-cover roll grinder. For textile enterprises, the structure characteristics should be known well, opera- tion technology key points should be grasped, corresponding operation maintenance technology specifications and require- ments should be made. For textile equipment manufacturer, design should be modified further to perfect equipment char- acteristics according to problems.
