摘 要:探究织物中两种抗菌纤维含量对织物抗菌性能的影响。利用扫描电镜观察两种人造抗菌纤维的纵横向结构形态,并以其与汉麻纤维、竹浆纤维、莱赛尔纤维、棉纤维的混纺纱线为原料试织了11种织物,测试了织物的抗菌性能。试验结果表明:两种人造抗菌纤维纵向具有凹槽和微孔,横截面呈现类似多边形的形状,同时纵横向均有抗菌剂颗粒;织物抗菌性能随着人造抗菌纤维含量的增加而逐渐增强,当织物由65%抗菌吸湿排汗纤维和35%竹浆纤维构成时,织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为78.25%和86.65%,织物具有抗菌效果;当抗菌吸湿排汗纤维的含量为100%时,织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为93.55%和99.01%,织物具有较好的抗菌效果。认为:采用适量人造抗菌纤维与具有较好舒适性纤维制成的织物适用于开发抗菌家用纺织品。Effect of two kinds of anti-bacterial fiber content on fabric anti-bacterial property was discussed. Verti- cal and horizontal structure and morphology of the two kinds of anti-bacterial fiber were observed by SEM. The two kinds of anti-bacterial fiber were blended and spun with hemp fiber, bamboo fiber, lyocell fiber, cotton fiber. The blended yarns were used to wove eleven kinds of fabric, anti-bacterial property of the fabrics was tested. The test result shows that there are grooves and pores on the two kinds of man-made anti-bacterial fiber vertical structure ,cross-section of the fiber is ba- sically polygonal shape,anti-bacterial particles are distributed in the vertical and horizontal structure. The fabric anti- bacterial property is increased as the content of man-made anti-bacterial increases. When 65% anti-bacterial moisture absorption & perspiration elimination fiber and 35% bamboo fiber are contained in the fabric ,bacterial inhibition rates of the fabric to escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus are 78.25% and 86.65% ,the fabric anti-bacterial property is better. The bacterial inhibition rates of the fabric to escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus are 93. 55% and 99. 01% when the fabric contains 100% anti-bacterial moisture absorption & perspiration elimination fiber,the fabric an- ti-bacterial property is better. It is considered that it is suitable to develop anti-bacterial home textiles through adopting certain man-made anti-bacterial fiber and comfortable fiber to weave fabric.
