摘　　要：探讨FA458型粗纱机卷绕系统常见故障的维修方法。阐述了FA458型粗纱机卷绕传动系统和电气控制系统的组成、作用、工作原理,针对卷绕系统常见故障,如电磁离合器摩擦片磨损、电磁离合器断路、双向吸铁吸力不足以及龙筋升降、行程开关、光电开关、换向齿轮等故障,重点分析了各类故障的表象、产生原因以及处理措施,总结了维修方法和原则。认为:掌握常见的故障维修方法,可以缩短维修时间,提高设备生产效率。Common Faults and Maintenance of FA458 roving machine winding system were discussed. The compo- sition, function and work principle of FA458 roving machine winding system and electrical control system were intro- duced. All kinds of fault state, cause and treatment measure were analyzed selectively according to the common fault of winding system, including electromagnetic clutch friction plate wear, electromagnetic clutch open circuit, insufficient bi- directional magnet suction and keel lift, limit switch, photoelectric switch, reversing gear etc. faults. The effective ma- intenance method and principles were summarized. It is considered that maintenance time can be shortened and equip- ment production efficiency can be improved by grasping the method of common fault maintenance method.
