摘 要:探讨凯司林纤维混纺纱的生产工艺。根据产品开发要求,通过合理选配纤维组分,进行原料预处理,针对各组分纤维的性能特点,正确选择混和工艺,合理配置各工序工艺参数及采取必要的技术措施。结果成功纺制出阳离子改性涤纶/毛/粘胶/凯司林60/15/15/10 16 tex纱,质量达到了较好水平。认为:用凯司林纤维替代部分毛纤维,可收到改善纺纱质量、提升织物服用性能、降低生产成本的良好效果。抓好原料选配和预处理,合理配置纺纱工艺参数几个关键环节,可以生产出质量满足使用要求的凯司林纤维混纺纱。Production processing configuration of Kaisilin fiber blended yarn was discussed. According to the prod- uct development requirements, fiber components were selected correctly, raw materials were pretreated. According to the properties of each component fibers, blending technology was selected correctly, reasonable configuration processing pa- rameters of each process and the necessary technology measures were taken. Finally cationic modified polyester/wool/ viscose/Kaisilin 60/15/15/10 16 tex yarn was spun successfully, the quality was reached a better level. It is considered that use Kaisilin fiber to replace part wool fiber can improve spinning quality, enhance fabric wear ability, reduce pro- duction costs. Kaisilin fiber blended yarn can be spun and quality demand is satisfied by selecting & pretreating raw ma- terial correctly and setting spinning processing parameter reasonably.
