摘  要:探讨芦荟纤维绢丝棉氨纶包芯纱的纺纱工艺。阐述了芦荟纤维、绢丝的性能特点,通过原料选配及预处理以改善原料的可纺性,各工序合理配置工艺参数,采取必要的技术措施,最终成功地纺制出40tex(44.4 dtex)芦荟纤维绢丝棉氨纶包芯纱,并通过正交试验优选氨纶丝预牵伸倍数和纺纱捻度两项关键工艺参数,得出较优的纺纱工艺配置为氨纶丝预牵伸4.0倍,捻度60捻/10 cm,使纺制出的芦荟纤维绢丝棉氨纶包芯纱质量满足了使用要求。Spinning processing parameter of aloe fiber spun silk cotton spandex core-spun yarn was discussed. The properties of aloe fiber and spun silk were introduced. Spinability was improved through raw materials selection and pre- treatment. Finally the 40 rex (44.4 dtex) aloe fiber spun silk cotton spandex core-spun yarn was spun successfully through selecting rational processing parameter and taking necessary technical measures in each process. Spandex pre- draft muhiple and twist is optimized trough orthogonal test, that is spandex pre-draft multiple 4.0 times and twist 60 twist/10 cm, the quality demand of aloe fiber spun silk cotton spandex core-spun yarn is satisfied .
