摘  要:探讨碳纤维织物的特点及应用。介绍了碳纤维的概念及概况;阐述了碳纤维的种类及应用,按照碳纤维织物中纱线的取向,将碳纤维织物分为3种,其中单向织物质量轻、耐久性好,多用于建筑柱、桥工程等;双向织物分为双向机织物和双向针织物;多轴向织物拉伸性能和抗撕裂性能良好,设计灵活,可应用于航空航天、体育器材、建筑、医疗、风力发动机叶片等工业领域。认为:目前国际市场的碳纤维应用形式已逐渐向碳纤维轴向经编织物转变;世界碳纤维需求量逐年剧增,但核心技术仍被少数发达国家掌握。Characteristic and application of carbon fiber fabric were discussed. Overview and concept of the carbon fiber were introduced. The type and application of carbon fiber were described. Carbon fiber fabric can be divided into three kinds according to the yarn orientation in carbon fiber fabric. The unidirectional fabric with the properties of light quality and better durability, it is used for the building, bridge engineering. Bidirectional fabric includes bidirectional woven fabric and bidirectional knitted fabric. Tensile properties and tear resistance of multiaxial fabric are excellent, the design is flexible, and it can be used in aerospace, sports equipment, construction, medical, wind turbine blades and so on. It is considered that carbon fiber application of current international market has gradually changed to carbon fiber ax- ial direction warp knit fabric. World demands for carbon fiber are increase yearly, but the core technology is still mas- tered in a few developed countries.
