基于组织合法性视角的产业集群嵌入创业研究

摘　　要：社会网络嵌入性和新制度主义理论的合法性是组织社会学的两个重要研究领域,将嵌入理论与合法性理论结合起来,以江苏省无锡市物联网产业集群为背景,研究了产业集群嵌入与组织合法性对创业绩效的影响机理。运用扎根理论方法得到的理论模型显示,产业集群政治关系嵌入和商业关系嵌入促进了新创企业的创业绩效,而这种影响通过组织合法性传导,其政治关系嵌入使新创企业获取了管制合法性和认知合法性,商业关系嵌入使新创企业获取了规范合法性和认知合法性,并最终促进了新企业在产业集群内创业绩效的提高。The embeddedness in the social network and the legitimacy of the new institutionalism theory are two important research fields of organization sociology. We combine the embeddedness and legitimacy theory. The field work, conducted in Wuxi Internet of things industrial cluster in Jiangsu Province, research on the embedded in industrial cluster and the legitimacy of the organization impacting on entrepreneurial performance. Model ob-tained by grounded theory displays that industrial cluster political relational embeddedness and commercial relation-al embeddedness can promote new venture entrepreneurial performance, and the mechanism of this effect is con-ducted by organizational legitimacy, the political relations that new venture embedded in industrial cluster make it get regulative legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy, the commercial relations that new venture embedded in industri-al cluster make it get normative legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy, and ultimately promote the new venture＆#39; per-formance in industrial cluster.
