摘　　要：对聚酯帘布挂胶配方进行优化设计。通过调整聚酯帘布挂胶配方中的主要体系,得到优化配方为天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶/丁苯橡胶80/10/10,炭黑N326 40,活性剂10,粘合剂A/RE 2.2,软化剂4,防老剂A/BLE2,硫黄/噻唑类促进剂/次磺酰胺类促进剂3.6。该配方的综合物理性能较好,粘合性能较高。In this study,the formulation of coating compound for polyester cord was optimized.By adjusting the main components of the formulation,the optimized formulation was obtained as follows：NR/BR/SBR 80/10/10,carbon black N326 40,activator 10,adhesive A/RE 2.2,softener 4,antioxidant A/BLE 2,sulfur/thiazole accelerator/sulfenamide accelerator 3.6.The comprehensive physical properties and adhesion property of the optimized compound were good.
