柿树硬枝扦插试验初报

摘　　要：将初选的 6个柿树株系插穗在新型植物生长调节剂中浸泡 2 4h后扦插 ,结果表明 :各株系插穗基部愈合率呈极显著差异。愈合率 2 8%～ 85 7% ,990 1株系最高 (85 7% ) ,其次是 990 2株系 (66 7% )。对试验结果进行了分析 。Cuttings of 6 pre selected strains of persimmon (Diospyros kaki) were soaked in a new plant growth regulator for 24 hours and cut. The results were as follows:the healing rates of the cutting section among the strains appeared extremely difference,the healing rates were 2.8%～85 7%,the best was strain 9901(85 7%),the second was strain 9902(66 7%). Results were analysed and new methods of cuttage repreduction of persimmon were put forward.
