摘 要:超细氢氧化镁广泛地应用于阻燃剂、电子工业、制药、制糖、绝缘材料和其他镁盐材料的制造中。超重力技术传质性能较传统设备有了很大的提高,有利于超细氢氧化镁的制备。介绍了超重力技术应用于制备超细氢氧化镁时的特点,改性应用方面的优缺点,后处理方法的选择和所制备产品的性质以及氢氧化镁的应用现状,并对超重力制备改性超细氢氧化镁的后续发展做了阐述。Uhrafine magnesium hydroxide has been widely used in various industries,such as flame retardant,electronic industry, pharmacy, sugar refining, insulation material, and other magnesium salt products. High gravity technology mass transfer performance has been greatly improved than traditional equipment,which will help the preparation of uhrafine magnesium hydroxide.The characteristics of high gravity technology applied in the preparation of ultrafine magnesium hydroxide,the advantages and disadvantages of the modified application,the selection of post-processing method,the performances of the prepared products, as well as the present situation of the application of magnesium hydroxide were introduced respectively.The subsequent development of preparation of modified uhrafine magnesium hydroxide with high gravity technology was also expounded.
