摘  要:利用磷肥副产物氟硅酸制备无水氟化氢联产水玻璃,研究了其工艺原理及条件。其中氢氟酸各项指标均达到GB 7744—2008《工业氢氟酸》的要求,水玻璃作为低品位胶磷矿正浮选抑制剂,当原矿五氧化二磷品位为22.71%、氧化镁和二氧化硅质量分数分别为3.21%和22.17%时,经正浮-粗-精-扫作业与反浮一次粗选作业选别后,获得最终精矿中五氧化二磷品位为29.99%、氧化镁质量分数为0.85%。该工艺具有经济技术可行,循环利用氟和硅资源,节能,环保等特点。Process principles and conditions of the method for producing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and sodium silicate us- ing the by-product hydrofluosilicie acid of phosphate fertilizer were studied.All the indexes of hydrofluoric acid had reached the requirements of GB 7744--2008, and sodium silicate was used as low-grade phosphate rock flotation inhibitor.When P205 grade of ore was 22.71% ,mass fractions of MgO and Si02were 3.21% and 22.17% respectively,after being a positive flota- tion-rough-fine sweep and a reverse flotation roughing operations, beneficiation indicators, such as P205 grate of the final con- centrate of 29.99%, and MgO mass fraction of 0.85% were obtained.The process had the characteristics of economic and tech- nical feasibility, fluorine and silicon resource recycling, energy conservation, and environmental protection etc..
