摘 要:沸石分子筛由于其具有活性高、选择性好、易分离、可再生、对环境无污染等优点已广泛应用于石油炼制、石油化工和精细有机合成等工业生产中。油酸丁酯作为重要的有机化工产品应用广泛,研究以Hβ沸石作为催化剂来合成油酸丁酯具有重要意义。以油酸和正丁醇为原料,经硫酸改性的Hβ沸石为催化剂,催化合成油酸丁酯,考察了硫酸浓度、处理时间、处理温度、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等改性条件对油酸转化率的影响,通过实验得到最佳的硫酸改性条件:硫酸浓度为0.1 mol/L,硫酸处理时间为3 h,硫酸处理温度为80℃,焙烧温度为550℃,焙烧时间为5 h。在此条件下,油酸转化率可达到58.8%。Due to its high activity, selectivity, easy separation, renewable, and no environmental pollution etc., zeolites have been widely used in petroleum refining, petrochemical, and fine organic synthesis industrial production.The n-butyl oleate has a wide range of applications as an important of organic chemical product.Therefore,the research on the synthesis of n- butyl oleate by I-~ zeolite catalyst had great significance.The n-butyl oleate was synthesized with oleic acid and n-butanol as raw materials and with sulfuric acid-modified I-I/3 zeolite as catalyst.Effects of sulfuric acid concentration, treatment time, cal- cination temperature, and calcination time on the conversion rate of oleic acid were investigated, and the optimal sulfuric acid modification conditions were founded:the acid concentration was 0.1 mol/L,the acid treatment time was 3 h,the acid treat- ment temperature was 80 ℃ ,the calcination temperature was 550 ℃ ,and the calcination time was 5 h.Under those condi- tions ,the oleic acid conversion rate reached 58.8%.
