X线测量儿童心胸面积比值的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨儿童心脏 X线特点。方法 :选用 2 14例 5～ 12岁正常儿童胸部正位片进行测量 ,同时选取 45例经手术证实的先天性心脏病同龄儿童进行对照分析。结果 :正常组心脏面积 81.80± 12 .44 cm2 ,胸腔面积 34 8.32± 6 2 .2 8cm2 ,两者相关系数 γ=0 .71,心胸面积比值 0 .2 38± 0 .0 3;对照组心胸面积比值为 0 .332± 0 .0 75 ,组间差异显著 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :X线测量心胸面积比值是判断心脏大小的方法之一。Objective To study the heart X-ray characteristic of normal children.Method We chose chest X-ray films of children aged from 5 to 12 in 214 cases and measured.Then 45 cases of the same age and with congenital heart disease confirmed by operation were chosen,contrast analysis of above groups were made.Results In the normal group,the average heart area was 81 80±12 44cm 2,average thorax area was 348 32±62 28cm 2,the correlation coefficient was 0 71(P<0 001)and heart-chest area ratio was 0 238±0 03,while in the controt group heart-chest area ratio was 0 332±0 075.Conclusion X-ray measurement of heart-chest area ratio was one of the methods to judge children heart size.
