摘 要:介绍了银川东—胶东±660 kV直流输电工程中银川东换流变电站开关连锁逻辑配置情况,对银川东现有的中开关连锁逻辑进行了分析,提出了当前中开关连锁逻辑在运行中存在的问题和产生的后果。依据当前中开关连锁逻辑在运行中存在的问题,提出了基于3/2接线方式断路器辅助保护实现的中开关连锁逻辑。该方式能彻底消除现有中开关连锁逻辑中的死区,能自动适应系统各种运行方式,极大地提高了直流系统运行可靠性,避免了因为中开关连锁逻辑不满足条件而导致的交流系统重大事故和直流系统闭锁事故。This paper introduces configuration of interlock logic of YINCHUAN-DONG converter station breaker in the middle in YINCHUANDONG-JIAODONG + 660 kV HVDC project, analyses the current interlock logic of YINCHUAN-DONG converter station breaker in the middle, and proposes the problems and consequence of the current interlock logic in operation. According to the problems of current interlock logic in operation, this paper proposes a new interlock logic of breaker in the middle based on the line-transformer strings with 3/2 connection breaker protection. The new interlock logic eliminates throughly dead zone of current logic, adapts to all kinds of operating conditions, and improves effectively the reliability of HVDC, which can avoid the serious accident of the AC system and HVDC system blocking because of the interlock logic of breaker in the middle not meeting conditions.
