摘 要:本文使用了收缩膨胀动态叠加 (DECAM )法 ,对球铁轮毂的缩孔形成进行了模拟和工艺改进。DECAM方法是对凝固过程中液态收缩、凝固收缩和石墨膨胀进行动态叠加 ,并考虑石墨化膨胀力导致的铸型壁位移的影响。对轮毂件原工艺的模拟结果与实际生产中缩孔产生的情况吻合较好 ,改进工艺的模拟结果和实际试制结果基本吻合。改进工艺后铸件缩孔倾向明显减小。结果表明 :收缩膨胀动态叠加法能够较准确地模拟球铁缩孔的形成 ,能够进行工艺方案的评价和改进 ,但应该进一步考虑球化剂加入量和残Mg量的影响。In the paper,shrinkage cavity formation of a hub S.G.iron casting was simulated with DECAM(Dynamic Expansion and Contraction Accumulation Method).In DECAM,the liquid shrinkage,solidified shrinkage and spheroidal graphite expansion during solidification are computed dynamically,and the effect of graphite expansion on the wall movement is also accounted.Simulation results of the primary technology agree with the production result quite well,while simulation results of the modified process also agree well with the trial production results and both of them show that tendency of shrinkage cavity formation decreases.It is therefore indicated that DECAM is capable of predicting the shrinkage cavity formation of S.G.iron accurately and hence to improve the casting process.In addition,the influence of contents of nodulizer and residual Mg should be considered further. Their morphology and structures were investigated by IR, XRD, TEM and BET. The results indicated the nanometer TiO 2/SnO 2 was composed of anatase TiO 2 and rutile SnO 2. The TiO 2/SnO 2 showed a better catalytic activity than SnO 2 and TiO 2 alone in photocatalytic degradation of dichlorvos. [WT5HZ]
