摘　　要：结合工程实例,介绍了旧房改造增层的设计要点及构造措施,为克服城乡建筑占地面积大,土地利用率低,在旧城改造中节省投资提供了很好的途径,经实践证明,该方法加固效果良好,综合效益明显。In this paper, combined with engineering examples, it introduced renovation design and construction measures of increasing layer, in order to overcome the urban and rural construction covers an area of large, low land use efficiency, save the investment in the transformation of the old city provides a good way, proved by practice, the method of reinforcing effect was good, the comprehensive benefits is obvious.
