摘　　要：我国是一个多山的国家,人多地少,平原匮乏,从土地利用的发展趋势及强度来说,山地的开发利用是未来我国人居环境研究最重要的课题之一。居住小区占地大,功能多,需要协调的竖向关系较为复杂;而山地给居住小区竖向设计带来的限制性因素更多。论文通过对一个工程实例进行分析和研究,提出山地居住小区竖向设计的步骤方法,具有较强的可操作性。China is a mountainous country, person much and ground is little, lack of plain. From the development tendency of land utilization and strength, the exploitation and utilization of mountain is one of the most important research of human settlements in china. Residential area covers a large area, multiple functions, and the vertical relationship coordination is complex; moreover, mountain brings to the vertical design of residential area restriction factors. In this paper, through an analysis of an engineering example, the author Put forward the steps and a strong operational method of Mountainous Residential vertical design.
