摘 要:灰铸铁的含锰量在 0 .5 %~ 2 .3 %范围内变化时 ,对其一次结晶的热分析曲线特征点、结晶白口倾向、铁液表面张力变化、一次结晶组织特点等 ,进行了较系统地统计回归分析与研究讨论 ;试验发现 ,反石墨化的正偏析元素锰可促进 1种新型“逆B型”石墨出现 ,其分布特征完全不同于现有国标已命名的A、B、C、D、E、F型石墨。The present paper investigated the following aspects, as the manganese content in gray cast iron varied from 0.5% to 2.3%, the critical points of the thermal analysis curves of primary crystallization,the tendency of chilling to white fracture,evolution ofthe surface tension of the molten iron,and the microstructure. Systematical statistical regression has been applied The results showed that manganese,a positive segreagtion element which is adverse to graphitization,can facilitate the presence of a novel 'anti B type' graphite,whose distribution patterns are completely different from the presently known graphite of A,B,C,D,E or F type
