摘 要:以循环流化床所产生的的固硫灰为主要胶凝材料,在适当的配合比下,压制得到了透水砖。对养护后的透水砖进行了透水系数、抗压强度、抗折强度等一系列测试。通过分析试验数据得出:在固硫灰掺量占胶凝材料40%,水胶比为0.23~0.25,成型压力是5MPa,细骨料与总集料比为0.3—0.4,集胶比在2—2.5时,所得到的透水砖各项性能均符合现行国标要求,并且是所有配方中最优的。A new process for preparing the non-firing percolation concrete brick (Water Permeable Brick) by compressing method with the proper mixture ratio was investigated, with the circulation fluid bed (CFBC) flying ash used as main cementitious materials. The performances of the bricks, such as permeable coefficient, compressive strength, flexural strength, etc, were also investigated after standard curing. The experimental results show that the performances of the bricks could be in compliance with Chinese national standard requirements. The best preparation method that the bricks have the best performances is when the CFBC flying ash accounted for 40% of cementing material, water-cement ratio of 0.23 to 0.25, the molding pressure is 5MPa, fine aggregate to total aggregate ratio of 0.3 to 0.4, set-cement ratio 2 to 2.5.
