摘　　要：武钢硅钢片厂森吉米尔轧机乳化液浓度由人工配比 ,常常超标 ,每年造成近百万元损失。为此 ,研制了配比仪。文中介绍了LNY - 0 1型乳化液浓度配比仪的结构特点及系统功能 ,同时介绍了该仪器在武钢硅钢片厂森吉米尔轧机上的应用效果。The emulsion used in Sendzimir mill is often unr easonabl e beacause it is compunded by workers in Sillicon-Sheet Rolling Mill of Wuhan Ir on and steel Co., so the compound intrusment is development. The struc ture and f unction are introduced of the LNY-01 com pound instrument of oil emulsion c oncentration,and the effect is als o introduced of the instrument app lied in Sendzimir mill in Silicon- Sheet Rolling Mill of Wuhan Iron a nd Steel Co.
