摘  要:研究了汽车件铝合金A35 7、ZL10 8和AS9U3半固态坯料制备与压铸成形工艺。试验分析比较了上述三种铝合金的半固态非枝晶组织特点。结果显示 :所制备的A35 7合金与国外专业公司生产的半固态坯料组织比较接近 ,ZL10 8和AS9U3合金的半固态组织与A35 7合金有显著区别。通过工艺优化 ,采用半固态压铸技术成功地制成 3种高质量的汽车零件。The preparation and die casting process of semi solid billets of aluminum alloys A357,ZL108 and AS9U3 for motor parts were studied. The characteristics of semi solid non dendritic microstructure of the three kinds of aluminum alloy were compared by experimental analysis. The results show that the microstructure of semi solid billets of prepared A357 aluminum alloy is quite similar to those of billets produced by foreign professional provider of semi solid billets but the microstructures of ZL108 and AS9U3 are obviously different from those of A357 alloys. With the optimization of semi solid die casting process, three kinds of high quality motor parts were manufactured successfully.
