摘 要:通过调研30台600 MW级机组动叶可调轴流式送风机的设备选型及实际运行状况,发现部分送风机存在选型偏大、电机容量与风机容量不匹配等问题,这会增加机组的初期投资,降低风机实际运行效率,增加电耗。建议将送风机选型的流量裕度控制在5%左右,风机电机功率控制在1 500kW以内,并对裕量偏大的送风机进行降速降容节能改造。According to survey of equipment code and practical operation state of axial-flow forced draft fan with adjustable rotating blades in some 600 MW units,such problems as overlarge type selection,mismatch between the electric motor capacity and the fan capacity were found, which may increase the unit initial investment,decrease the actual operation efficiency of the axial-flow forced draft fan, and raise the electricity consumption. It suggested that the flow margin during type selection of the forced draft fan should be controlled at about 5% ,and the motor power be within 1 500 kW. Besides,the economical benefit comparison between capacity-decreasing speed-reduction retrofit and frequency conversion retrofit was performed. For reconstruction of the axial flow forced draft fan,the capacity-decreasing speed-reducing retrofit was suggested.
