摘  要:针对目前凝结水精处理系统再生无可靠调整依据的问题,提出通过采用正交试验,在不同再生条件下动态监测再生洗脱液中各种杂质离子含量的变化趋势,经曲线拟合总结出树脂最优再生参数条件。将该法应用于某电厂精处理系统进行试验表明:当阳树脂再生洗脱液中Na+、NH4+等杂质离子含量降到最高值的1%以下时,阳树脂再生度能满足混床出水Na+<1μg/L要求;当阴树脂再生洗脱液中PO43-、活性硅等杂质离子含量降到最高值的5%以下时,阴树脂再生度能满足混床出水Cl-<1μg/L要求。树脂经最优参数再生后,周期制水量从3.3万t提高到5.6万t,并且精处理出水水质明显改善。Against the current problem that regeneration of condensate water polishing system has no reliable adjustment basis,it proposed that the orthogonal test can be performed to monitor the content variation of various impurity ions dynamically under different regeneration conditions, and then the results can be fitted to obtain the optimal condition parameter for resin regeneration. The application in polishing system of a power plant shows that, when the concentration of Na+, NH4 + and other impurity ions decreases to below 1%, the regeneration degree of the cation resin satisfies the concentration requirements of Na+ in mixed bed effluent when the content of PO4 3- , active silica and other ions reduces to lower than 5% of the highest value,the regeneration degree of the anion resin meets the concentration requirements of CI- in mixed bed effluent. After regen- eration by following the optimal parameters, the period water volume increased from 3.3 X 10^4 t to 5.6 X 10^4 t,and the water quality of polishing was improved significantly.
