摘 要:通过某∏T-140/165-130/15-2型供热机组的抽汽试验,绘制了机组在实际抽汽工况下新蒸汽流量与电功率的关系(工况图),根据机组特性和实际热负荷,对工况图以及相应的试验数据进行分析并对不同抽汽流量下的功率进行修正,得出在不同热负荷下机组的调峰范围。研究结果表明:随着抽汽流量的增加,机组最小电功率随之增大,最大电功率先增大后减小;当抽气流量分别为60、120、180、240、300、360t/h时,机组的调峰范围分别为79.88、77.98、67.35、61.11、55.88、30.13 MW,即抽汽流量越大,机组的调峰范围越小。By steam extraction test on a T140/165130/152 type heating unit, the diagram re flecting relationship between the new steam flow rate and electric power under actual condition was drawn. Moreover,according to the unit's characteristics and actual heat load, the above dia gram and the corresponding test data were analyzed and the power at different extraction flow rates was revised. Thus the peak regulation range at different heat loads was obtained. The results show that:with an increase in extraction flow,the unit's minimum electric power rose,and the maximum electric power grew first and then decreased; when the extraction flow was 60 t/h, 120 t/h,180 t/h,240 t/h,300 t/h,and 360 t/h,the unit's peak regulation range was 79.88 MW, 77.98 MW,67.35 MW,61.11 MW,55.88 MW and 30.13 MW,respectively,namely the higher of the extraction flow, the smaller of the unit's peak regulating range.
