摘　　要：根据试算结果，2013芏刺泰克与固恩治的合并销售额高达54亿欧元，全球员工总数合计约3．9万人。大陆集团将通过一宗大额收购实现全球业务扩张。国际汽车零部件供应商、生产商和工业领域合作伙伴的大陆集团宣布与来自美国华盛顿的凯雷投资集团缔结协议，双方一致同意以约14亿欧元的价格收购位于美国俄亥俄州费尔劳恩的固恩治技术公司。I t was reported that Continental AG, the international supplier, producers and business partner of auto components industry, is planning to expand its business in global market through a large deal of acquisition. Continental an nounced to have reached an agreement with Carlyle Group that they will invest 1.4 billion Euro to purchased Veyance Technologies Company headquartered at Fairlawn, Ohio, USA.
