摘 要:基于国内首次专门建造的地下储气井进行全面安全性能测试、数据分析研究的成果,介绍了该试验的方法和过程,在固井前后进行试验测试和数据采集。固井前,对储气井外壁进行应力测试;固井后,对水泥固井质量进行检测,对地下储气井外壁进行应力测试和井筒疲劳试验。对比发现:固井后的井筒应力小于固井前的应力,最大使固井后井筒轴向应力较固井前降低42%,井筒环向应力降低11%。试验井通过30 000次压力循环,未发生疲劳失效。试验验证了储气井的安全性和可靠性,对储气井安全技术规范、设计和建造标准的制定提供了可靠的试验数据和依据。Based on achievements in safety performance test and data analysis of firstly-constructed underground gas storage well( GSW) in China,both whole test method and process were introduced,including the test measurement and data collection before and after the cementing operation,the GSW exterior stress test before the cementing operation,and the cementing quality inspection after the cementing operation,as well as the exterior stress test and well bore fatigue test. The comparison results show that the 42% well bore's axial stress and 11% well bore hoop stress can be reduced at most after the cementing operation; 30 000 times of pressure circulation executed on the trail well shows that no any fatigue failure could be found,this proves GSW's safety and stability and provides reliable test data and basis for establishing safety specification,design and construction standards of GSW.
