摘  要:提出一种PIA废渣的氮气循环微粉干燥与醋酸溶剂回收工艺,该工艺采用氮气密闭循环的微粉干燥技术,利用热氮气将PIA干燥并使醋酸挥发到氮气中,然后采用冷却技术使醋酸和氮气分离,实现PIA的干燥和醋酸回收。该方法在实现PIA干燥和醋酸回收的同时也做到了节能降耗、安全环保,而且提高了企业的经济效益和社会效益。The process of nitrogen circulation-assisted micro-powder drying and acetate solvent recovering of PIA waste residues was proposed,which adopts the technology of micro-powder drying in nitrogen airtight circulation system,and has PIA dried with hot nitrogen so that the acetic acid in the PIA waste residues can be volatilized in the nitrogen,and then has the cooling technology applied to separate acetic acid from the nitrogen so that PIA can be dried and the acetic acid recovered; meanwhile,the purpose of the energy-saving and cost-reducing can be realized along with increased social and economic benefits
