摘 要:实时感知外部环境及自身状态变化,实现预知维修,是机动雷达结构系统智能化监测技术研究的主要目标。文中从机动雷达结构系统总体设计出发,以天线座、液压和冷却3个典型结构分系统为研究对象,分别对智能化监测技术的结构特征参数选择与获取、信号处理及诊断决策方法选择进行了分析,给出了机动雷达结构系统监测技术选择、故障诊断方法及智能化监测系统的总体设计思路。It is the main target of research on intelligent monitoring & diagnosis technology for the mechanical structure of the mobile radar to sense real-time the outside environment and the operation state of it's own and thus to achieve condition-based maintenance. According to the system structure design of mobile radar, this paper analyzes the characteristic parameter selection & acquisition, signal processing and fault diagnosis meth- ods for intelligent monitoring & diagnosis technology of three typical radar structural subsystems ( the antenna pedestal, hydraulic subsystem and cooling subsystem). The monitoring technology selection method, the fault diagnosis method and the common system design frame of mechanical structure intelligent monitoring system of the mobile radar are given in this paper.
