摘　　要：空冷机组凝结水精处理的关键系统就在于粉末树脂过滤器及其铺膜单元,现有的粉末树脂过滤器存在铺膜不均匀现象,导致运行周期较短,爆膜频繁,出水水质较差。依托某空冷系统建立完全模拟实际运行系统及工况的检测试验台,着重针对爆膜、铺膜系统进行模拟研究,得出的数据可以用来指导现场实际运行。The key condensate polishing system for air cooling unit is resin powder precoated filter and its film coating unit. The short operating period, frequently film bursted and the worse of outflow water quality are mostly caused by the nonuniform film coating existing in the resin powder preeoated filter. This study is a simulated research, focusing on flim bursted and film coating system. As an entirely simulation of an actual air cooling system and its operation condition, the result and its data could be used to conduct the site operation.
