摘  要:海洋深水稠油开采一般伴随着出砂,目前国外常用的深水稠油油藏开发井防砂方法是根据SaucierD50=(5~6)d50公式设计的砾石充填防砂完井。刚果(布)LIBONOLO深水稠油油田前期探井采用常规砾石充填防砂完井后出油困难,导致探井试油时间延长,增加了试油成本与风险。为了降低深水稠油探井完井的成本和风险,提出了适合于LIBONOLO深水稠油油田探井的防砂完井方法——高级优质筛管防砂。并通过高级优质筛管室内模拟出砂实验确定出了适用于LIBONOLO油田探井的合理的高级优质筛管防砂挡砂精度,获得了不同于深水稠油油田开发井的防砂挡砂精度设计准则。试油结果表明:LIBONOLO油田新探井防砂后防砂效果好,产能提高超过三倍,为此类油藏探井试油防砂完井提供了新的设计思路。the increasing of the testing time of exploratory well, result in the addition of the testing costs and risks. For decreasing the testing costs and risks of the deep-water heavy oil exploratory well, The new exploratory well on LIBONO- LO deep-water heavy oil field applied a new sand control method advanced high quality screen. The precision accuracy of sand control of advanced high quality screen for the new exploratory well on LIBONOLO field was being determined through the indoor simulation product sand experiment of advanced high quality screen, and an unconventional design rule for exploratory well which is different from the ones in deep-water heavy oil development wells was developed. The testing results show that the new exploratory wells have a good sand control effect and their productivity was more than 3 times of the old exploratory well. this may provide a new ideas for the design of sand con- trol completion in deep-water heavy oil exploratory wells.
