摘 要:为了解决智能传感器产品由于现场总线种类繁多而引起的互不兼容的问题,实现智能化传感器接口标准化,提出了基于TEDS(transducer e1ectronic data sheet)标准的智能传感网络节点中的网络应用处理器NCAP(network capable application processor)的设计方案。该方案以FPGA为核心控制整个系统统一工作,其通过USB接口与上位机通信,而系统内部采用RS485总线完成数据传输,通过严谨的硬件电路设计以及VHDL语言的灵活使用,实现信号可靠性传输。实验测试结果表明,极强的设备接口适应能力以及高可靠性、完备的监控执行能力,为智能传感网络接口设计提供了一种有效的方法。目前,已成功用于某测试系统中。In order to solve the problem that intelligent sensors are not compatible because of muhifield bus and realize standardization of intelligent transducer interface, a project of the network capable application processor (NCAP) that is in smart sensor network nodes based on the research of TEDS ( transducer electronic data sheet) standard is implemented. The project organizes the work of whole system centering by FPGA that completes commu nication with computer through the USB bus, while data transmission in the system is achieved by RS485 bus. By means of the rigorous hardware work and the flexible using of VHDL, the system can realize that signals transmit re liably. The result of test shows that a strong ability to adapt to the device interface and high reliability, comprehen sive monitoring implementation provides an effective method for intelligent sensor network interface. At the mo ment, the system is successfully applied in the test system.
