摘　　要：针对上海轨道交通运营线路高峰小时特别是极端高峰(15 min)时运力紧张的局面,从技术角度对运力提升措施进行分析,梳理分别适用于高峰小时和极端高峰时间的运力提升方案,包括加开备车、调整列车开行比例和运行交路、上下行不均衡开行、采用跳站方式、增购车辆等,并对各方案的适用性和优缺点进行阐述,为运营提供参考。Measures to enhance the capacity were proposed based on the analysis of the contradiction between transport capacity and passenger flow of Shanghai metro lines in peak hours and extreme peak time. The measures include using extra cars, adjusting train routing, running different trains in up/down direction, not stopping in some stations along the route, purchasing new vehicles, etc. And the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of each measure were illustrated, which are useful for operation.
