摘　　要：针对高铁桥隧相连桥梁施工工艺中,驮运梁片过隧道、驮运架桥机通过隧道转场的要求,研制了900t级低位过隧运梁车。采用降高设计降低驮梁平面高度,实现了大载荷超低位运梁;固定可升降和移动驮梁台车双支承体系,满足过隧道及架梁不同工况需求,提高了施工效率;采用自动驾驶系统,实现了小间隙下快速安全运梁过隧道。According to bridge construction technology in high speed railway connected by bridges and tunnels,900t girder transport vehicle in tunnel and low position is developed to transport box girder and bridge erector through tunnel.It can transport large-tonnage box girder in the extremely low position by using descending design.In order to meet the different working conditions such as passing the tunnel and erecting beam,the double support systems with the fixed lift support and mobile packing girder trolley are designed,which improves the construction efficiency.The automatic driving system is adopted to transport box girders fast and safely through the tunnel with a small gap.
