摘　　要：文章结合丽攀高速公路攀枝花段工程项目建设实践,采用层次分析法,建立高速公路路地共建三层次效益评价指标体系,对高速公路建设效益进行多层次评价分析,指出了丽攀高速公路综合效益高的关键点,为今后的高速公路建设管理提供借鉴。In combination with the construction practices of Panzhihua segment enginaedng project in Li Pan Expressway, and by using AHP, this article established three-tier benefit evaluation index system for the joint expressway construction by govemment and enterprises, conducted multi-level evaluation and analysis on expressway construction benefit,and pointed out the key points for integrated high ben- efit of Li Pan Expressway, thereby providing a reference for future expressway construction management.
