摘  要:采用统计分析方法研究了w(B)量对2种球铁凸轮轴中珠光体体积分数的影响。结果发现,尽管统计数据存在较大的分散性,但从数据的趋势可见,随着w(B)量的增加,球铁凸轮轴中的珠光体体积分数降低,铁素体体积分数增加。分析认为,由于B的存在,凝固过程中球状石墨周围会析出Fe23(C,B)6,促使C向石墨扩散,导致基体中w(C)量降低而形成铁素体,因而使珠光体体积分数降低。By using statistic method,the effect of boron content on pearlite volume fraction of two models of nodular iron camshafts was investigated. As the result,it was found that,although the statistic data had quite big dispersion,however the tendency of the data indicated that,with increasing of the boron content,the pearlite volume fraction of the nodular iron camshafts decreased,antheir ferrite volume fraction increased. It was considered by analysis that the boron existing may cause Fe23(C, B )6 precipitating and promoted the carbon diffuse onto graphite and leaded to the carbon content of matrix decreasing and thereby caused ferrite formation and therefore caused pearlite volume fraction decreasing.
