摘  要:介绍了G3缸盖铸件的结构特点和材质要求,开发初期,通过优化上水套芯定位、减小上水套芯盲孔位置结构、增加部分水套芯头等措施优化了产品结构。采用半封闭半开放式浇注系统和顶部冒口进铁工艺,合理选择冒口尺寸和冷铁布置,以及使用OCC蠕化处理工艺,成功地开发了RuT450牌号的高蠕化率缸盖铸件。Structural characteristics and material requirements of G3 cylinder head casting were introduced. During the early period of development,the structure of product was improved by several processes,including optimizing upper water jaeket core positioning,reducing the size of positioning structure for upper water jacket core blind hole,increasing some water jacket core head. By using semi^losed and semi-open gating system and the process of pouring mohen iron from top riser,choosing riser size and ehiller layout reasonably,and using OCC vermieularizing process,RuT450 cylinder head castings with high vennicularity were successfully developed.
