大型铸件过滤技术的应用研究

摘　　要：介绍了过滤技术对铸件质量的益处,指出了目前大型铸铁件、铸钢件的过滤存在的主要问题。分析了过筛原理、过滤物堆积、深层过滤3种熟知的过滤机理及不足之处,重点介绍了一种新的过滤机理———阻挡液流分离杂质。举例说明了德国HOFMANN挤压型圆孔过滤片在生产中的应用,结果显示,采用德国HOFMANN公司制造的挤压型圆孔过滤片,在大型铸件的生产中能起到较好的过滤效果,解决了以往过滤片应用在大型铸件生产中存在的使用数量多、易破碎、易堵塞的问题。The filtration benefits to casting quality were introduced, some problems about the filtration of large-scale iron and steel casting were indicated. Some popular mechanisms,for instance,screening,cake and deep bed,and their deficiencies were mentioned a new mechanism of filtration,blocking molten metal and separating inclusions,was mainly discussed. The application of Germanic HOFMANN filter with extrusion circle holes was dealt with by actual example. Results showed that Germanic HOFMANN filter with extrusion circle holes possesses good effects during the manufacture of large-scale casting,solves some prevenient problems in the manufacture of large-scale casting,for example,overmany amount,easy break and blockage.
