摘 要:介绍了垂直分型挤压造型线的原理及特点,以造型线生产汽车刹车盘铸件为例,利用数值模拟软件分析了铸造工艺,并在相对合理的铸造工艺设计基础上,分析计算了这种造型线的生产率、冷却段长度和打箱温度等参数,最终得出,铸件冷却设备需满足在20 min内将铸件从460℃冷却到室温,要处理的铸件和浇冒口的量约为6 t/h。冷却设备的冷却能力至少为2.49×1010kJ/h,整个砂处理的处理能力要大于58.4 t/h。铸件打箱前造型线需提供至少97.4 m的冷却段供铸件型内冷却,这样才能确保砂处理工部能提供合格的型砂,获得高出品率和成品率。The working principle and characteristics of the vertically parting-squeezing molding line was introduced. Taking production of automotive brake disc on the line as example,the casting method was analyzed by using numerical simulation software,and based on the relatively rational casting method design,the parameters of the line such as productivity of the molding line ,length of the castings--cooling section and knock-out temperature, etc., were analyzed and calculated. It was finally concluded that capacity of the castings cooling equipment must can cool the castings from 460 ℃ to room temperature in 20 rain; the total weight of the castings, gating systems and risers to be treated was about 6 t/h ;the capacity of the cooling equipment must be at least 2.49×10^10mkJ/h;the total capacity of the sand treatment must higher than 58.4 t/h;the molding line must have a cooling section with length at least 97.4 m for the castings cooling in mold thus can ensure the sand treating section could supply enough qualified molding sand to reach high process yield and qualifying rate.
