摘 要:防护工程低压配电系统采用的TN-S系统有很多优点,但这种系统要求接地电阻很小,在高电阻率的山体围岩内实现十分困难且成本巨大。分析了现有防护工程低压配电系统接地型式及其现状,认为防护工程低压配电系统宜采用IT8接地型式,并对这种接地型式下中性导体的绝缘监测、系统参数不对称运行状态、非线性负载运行情况、单相接地与中性导体接地运行等若干技术问题进行了探讨。最后,在剖析信息系统保护接地与信号接地机理的基础上,讨论了信息系统与配电系统共用接地时对接地电阻的要求。It has many advantages that the TN-S system is used in the low-voltage power distribution system of pro-tective engineering, but a small earthing resistance would be required in the TN-S system, and it is very difficult and expensive to realize in the protective engineering which is constructed in the surrounding rock. By analyzing the existing grounding types of the low-voltage power distribution system, it is suggested that the grounding form of ITN system (IT system with the neutral conductor) should be adopted in the low-voltage power distribution system of protective engineering, and a series of technical issues of ITN system is discussed such as the insulation detection on the neutral conductor, the unsymmetrical operations in system parameters, the operation with nonlinear loads, and a phase conductor earthing or the neutral conductor earthing. Finally, the requirement on the grounding resistance is deliberated in a common ground system with information technology equipment (ITE) on the basis of an analysis of the mechanism in protective earthing and signal grounding of ITE.
