摘 要:信息化条件下边境反击作战受作战环境、打击手段等因素影响,联合战役军团面临的生存威胁更加严重,使得作战工程防护也表现出反应快、效率高、难度大等新的特点。重点从制定完善工程防护预案、主动适应作战要求、建设高效指挥体系、统筹所有参战力量形成工程防护整体合力等方面,深入探讨了边境反击作战工程防护的具体措施。从战场环境建设、防护技术装备器材的研发、加强部队防护训练等方面,结合现实状况,前瞻性地探讨未来加强边境反击作战中工程防护建设问题,以期为全面提高边境反击作战工程防护能力提供理论参考。In the Informationized border counterattack operations, because of the influence of the battlefield environ- ment, the attack means and other factors, the joint campaign groups are faced with greater threats to survival. There-fore, the engineering protection need become quick reactive, highly efficient and more complex. This paper discusses the specific measures on the engineering protection, such as making the engineering protection plan, meeting the battle requirements, building up the efficiency command system, planning all the troops as a whole. Then it puts for-ward some advices on the engineering protection in the border counterattack operations. They are how to build the battlefield environment, improve the research of the engineering protection equipment and enhance the troop's train-ing on the engineering protection.
