关于推动人民币国际化渐进性的思考——以广西东兴国家重点开发开放试验区为例

摘　　要：人民币国际化应实行循序渐进战略,其基本路径是从区域货币到国际货币。现阶段人民币国际化的重点是推动人民币在亚洲区内(特别是东盟)的贸易支付结算功能。本文以地处中国与东盟的桥头堡广西东兴国家重点开发开放试验区(以下简称试验区)为例,分析试验区经济金融发展现状,设定衡量指标计算人民币在东盟国家国际化程度,最后以试验区开发开放建设为背景,阐述人民币逐步区域化、国际化的渐进路径。The internationalization progress should be steady and gradual, that is to say, it should start from a re- gional currency then turn into a global currency. At the present stage, the focus is to promote the payment and settle- ment functions of RMB for trading in Asian, and especially in ASEAN. This paper takes the Dong-xing Key Experimen- tal Zone for Development and Opening-up as an example, to analyze the current economic and financial development of the experimental zone, calculate the internationalization degree of the Chinese currency in ASEAN countries by us- ing several indicators, and demonstrate the gradual strategy that how to further regionalize and internationalize the RMB under the construction and opening-up background of Dongxing Experiment Zone.
