利率市场化下城市商业银行基层分支机构资产负债管理研究

摘　　要：随着利率市场化进程明显加快,各家银行特别是基层分支机构如何加强资产负债管理提上了重要议程,运用的资产负债管理工具将极大提高银行竞争力。本文从城市商业银行一级分支行目前资产负债管理的现状,提出了应对利率市场化的对策。With significant aculeration of interest rate liberalization, it is very important for banks, especially the grassroots branches, to strengthen the balance sheet management. Based on the analysis of current status of city com- mercial bank＇ s asset-liability management, this paper proposes some measures to deal with the interest rate liberaliza- tion.
