摘　　要：加快湖南林业经济的发展 ,要以科技为手段 ,加快发展林业的“亮点”经济 ;采取措施 ,促进重点林区的恢复与发展 ;围绕湖南林业生产中的重点、热点、难点问题 ,加大科技兴林工作力度 ;以人为本 ,加强队伍建设 ;实施分类经营 ,调整森林经营周期结构 ;To promote Hunan forestry economy development especially to promote promised economy in forestry by means of science and technology.To take effective measures to rehabilitate and develop key forest areas.To revitalize forestry through science and technology focusing on the key points,hot spots and problems of forestry production in Hunan. To streng then the work of building up the forest staff and improve their capacity.To adjust the regeneration period structure in forest management and to implement different according to different forest category.To set up exemplary garden of foresf science and technology for Hunan forestry.
