采用ARDRA和RAPD对柳松菇(Agrocybe aegerita)菌株遗传多样性的分析

摘　　要：应用ARDRA(核糖体DNA扩增片段限制性内切酶分析 ,AmplifedRibosomalDNARestrictionAnalysis)和RAPD技术 ,对 7株来源于不同地域的柳松菇菌株之间的遗传多样性进行了分析。采用的两种分析方法均表明 :这 7株菌株存在着丰富的遗传多样性 ,从其遗传相似性来看 ,来源于希腊的Ag6、Ag8与来源于中国的Ag9、Ag10、Ag15、Ag2The genetic diversities among seven A.aegerita strains from different climate zones were analysed by ARDRA (Amplified Ribosomal DNA Rstriction Analysis)and RAPD methods.The results indicated that the genetic diversity existed abundantly among these A.aegerita strains from different climate zones.The strains from Greece(Ag6 and Ag8)and China(Ag9,Ag10,Ag15,Ag21 and AgT)were obviously gathered in two strain clusters.
