摘　　要：目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(ALA-PDT)疗法联合CO2激光治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣的疗效和安全性。方法将入选的97例患者随机分为三组,治疗组(33例)采用ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗,CO2激光组(32例)采用CO2激光治疗,ALA-PDT组(32例)采用ALA-PDT治疗。比较三组患者的临床疗效和安全性。结果治疗组在治疗后的治愈率和治疗后三个月的复发率为87.75%和12.12%、CO2激光组分别为56.25%和43.75%,ALA-PDT组分别为68.75%和31.25%。治疗组和CO2激光组比较其有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.984,P<0.05)。三组患者均未发生不良反应。结论 ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣治愈率高,复发率低,安全性好,患者依从性高。较小疣体可单独使用ALA-PDT治疗。Objective To explore the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy combined with CO2 laser in treatment of condyloma acuminate（CA） on cervix uteri. Methods Ninety-seven CA patients were divided into three groups randomly, the treated group treated with ALA-PDT and CO2 laser, COz laser group treated with CO2 laser and the ALA-PDT group treated with ALA-PDT. Results The cure rate and the recurrence rate of the treatment group 3 months after treatment were 87.75% and 12.12%, that of the CO2 Laser group were 56.25% and 43.75%, and the ALA-PDT group were 68.75% and 31.25% .The effective rates of the treatment group and the CO2 laser group showed statistically significant differences （X2=3.984, P 〈 0.05）. No obvious adverse effects were noticed in three groups. Conclusions The combination therapy of ALA-PDT with CO2 laser can enhance the effective rate and reduce the recurrence of CA on cervix with good tolerance, ALA-PDT especially suitable for treatment ofr smaller CA lesion.
